1. Introduction

Welcome to DoctorVisions (“the Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to the DoctorVisions website, mobile application, and all related services operated and administered by DoctorVisions and its affiliates.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

DoctorVisions reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to use DoctorVisions or have consent from a legal guardian.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Any commercial use, resale, or use on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by DoctorVisions.
• Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• Content provided on DoctorVisions is for informational purposes only.
• DoctorVisions does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• All consultations, treatments, and recommendations are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals listed on the Platform.
• You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Some services require registration.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• DoctorVisions is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Promotions & Communications

By registering, you agree to receive promotional communications.
You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

6. User Submissions

Any content submitted (reviews, comments, feedback, images, or suggestions) becomes the exclusive property of DoctorVisions.

You grant DoctorVisions a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for marketing or operational purposes.

False, misleading, or unlawful submissions are strictly prohibited.

7. Accuracy of Information

DoctorVisions strives to ensure accurate listings; however:

• We do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.
• DoctorVisions does not endorse opinions expressed by users, doctors, or clinics.

8. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• DoctorVisions reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order.
• Additional verification may be required before confirming an order.
• Pricing errors may occur, and DoctorVisions reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing even after payment confirmation.

9. Consultation & Treatment Policy (IMPORTANT – NO REFUNDS)

9.1 No Refund Policy

All consultations, treatments, and service bookings are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to:

• Doctor consultations (online or in-clinic)
• Medical, aesthetic, cosmetic, or wellness treatments
• Packages or bundled services

9.2 Rescheduling & Credit

• Appointments may be rescheduled subject to clinic/doctor availability and notice period.
• If unable to attend, the paid amount may be:
• Used as credit on the user’s DoctorVisions profile, or
• Applied toward purchasing products or services on the Platform.
• Cash refunds are NOT permitted under any circumstances.

9.3 Missed Appointments

Failure to attend without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment and credit, subject to clinic policy.

10. Products & Prescriptions

• Products are sold by third-party vendors or clinics.
• DoctorVisions is not responsible for product misuse or outcomes.
• Prescription products may require valid medical approval.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, images, text, and software on DoctorVisions are owned by or licensed to DoctorVisions and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, conducted in English and governed by UAE law.

DoctorVisions retains the right to seek injunctive relief through UAE courts for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.

13. Termination

DoctorVisions may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for violation of these Terms.

Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

DoctorVisions shall not be liable for:

• Medical outcomes
• Clinic or doctor actions
• User-generated content
• Indirect or consequential damages
