Returns & Cancellation Policy
DoctorVisions aims to ensure customer satisfaction. This Returns and Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services purchased through the DoctorVisions mobile application and website.
RETURNS POLICY
Products may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, expired, or of unsatisfactory quality.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or expired:
- Sale or promotional items
- Prescription medicines
- Medical devices
- Hygiene and personal care products
- Any product opened or used after delivery
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact DoctorVisions Customer Support at support@doctorvisions.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.
- The returned product must be securely packed in its original packaging.
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, DoctorVisions reserves the right to refuse the return.
REFUNDS
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take up to thirty (30) working days from the date we receive the returned product.
- Delivery charges will be refunded only if the return is due to a defect, damage, or error by DoctorVisions or its partners.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched by logging into your account.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Returns Policy.
MEDICAL & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
DoctorVisions is a technology platform that connects users with licensed doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Medical consultations, prescriptions, and treatments are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider.
- DoctorVisions does not manufacture, prescribe, or alter medical products.
- Returned medical items must comply with UAE health and safety regulations.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection and healthcare laws in the United Arab Emirates.
