Description
This toner not only ensures that traces of oil and impurities are removed from the skin, it also helps to balance the skin’s natural pH, as well as control excess oil and minimize the look of large pores.
How to use it
After washing with Foaming Cleanser, pump 2 to 3 pumps of toner onto cotton pad.
Smooth across face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
Allow to dry before applying additional products.
Use morning and evening.
